I don’t really think that is an equitable comparison. The VA in this instance was cast for a different voice and was kept when the character changed. It was a natural fit because the VA knew the character and all its mannerisms, but that doesn’t mean the old voice works for the new iteration of the character

It is actually after level 25 that the exp for level up caps, but that might not be what you meant
