@Pezdispenser: I don't understand this post. What do you mean 'there were a few good ones near Alpha Centauri'? It's a star. The terrestrial bodies near that star are 4 LY away.

Even though I'm of a younger generation, I'm quite aware of what Mr. Sagan brought to the field of astronomy. He was a visionary, he was passionate, and people who would normally have little or no interest in the subject were drawn by his charm and calm demeanor. However, many folks from my generation did not, nor

Please be true!

@jodark: Same here. G27, and I almost, ALMOST bought a $330+ PlaySeat.

Yes Movember.

Please. No politics in my Gizmodo. It always turns into a shit storm.

@Road Rage: lol. Nice they should hire me. I wish.

@DELICIOUS BUNNY: Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, FFXII came out at a rather odd time in my gaming career. It came out when I got my first HDTV and back then Japanese devs didn't support widescreen or progressive scan which for me was a no no.

@Silverhold probably shouldn't have: so sad. Do you enjoy your playseat though? I mean, was it a good investment? I'd really like to get one, but on Amazon they're $329 AND they charge $40 for the clutch holder.

@CHILLMANRED: to say that the news of delay was a disappointment is an understatement. I'd already had plans set up based on that release date. And since they said before that Nov 2 was set in stone, it made it worse.

@darkgroove: I hope so, too. But I'm sure it will. The only thing that I think could let me down is the damage modeling. But crashing isn't what racing is about. Damage adds realism and depth, but as long as something's there, I'm good.

@Tidusx100: I loved Initial D. And I love cars.

@Mosaic: Thanks man. Appreciate it. :)

@ChonieRanchito: I got mine back in August from Amazon. $223 shipped.

So much win. When I become a parent, my children will be ghostbusters. Khaki jumpsuits, proton packs and all.
