That Peaceful Cuisine video was wonderful. The most relaxing cooking segment I’ve ever watched.

Something that’s lost on so many online cooking videos is the value of really good camera work, and scene composition.

My two favorite cooking channels/series would have to be Hot for Food and Avant Garde Vegan.

You could also try to get a bottle of vegan “fish” sauce. It’s “fishiness” comes from seaweed. I usually have a bottle of this at home, and it works quite well.

I’ll keep an eye out. I’m a big fan of So Delicious’ coconut milk based ice creams, but only in flavors that the coconut flavor compliments it.

I was thrilled when they announced their vegan ice creams, but once I tried a few flavors, I was really disappointed. The “fake sugar” taste was way too pronounced. Maybe I’m just overly sensitive to artificial sweeteners, and other non sugars, but that’s all I taste in Halo. I’ll stick to Ben & Jerry’s and So…

ok, maybe the “HUGEness” of my fanboiness has been exaggerated...

I’m not familiar with Cloak & Dagger from the comics, but that clip doesn’t entice me to watch it at all, and I’m a HUGE Marvel fanboi. Hell, I even enjoyed parts of Inhumans. That clip isn’t doing a good job of selling this show.

This was such a good show. I really hope the rest of this season lives up to the pilot episode.
