This one will be gone soon, no worries.

I won't give JJ, I will never give JJ.
This. As a narrative, The Avengers, Iron Man, Gotg-basically all the MCU movies are better, except Iron Man 2 and Thor 2, of course.
Actually, the premise for Nine Lives is not the problem.
No one is as woke as O'Neal. No One.
I don't know, I thought it looked terrible. Really terrible.
Yes, depending on how you do it, burning something on your own property might be criminal (e.g. misdemeanor), but it won't be arson (felony territory).
Well, white bloggers are really offended-see cite to AV Club article-so maybe those black people are wrong.
The real injustice is that Colin Kaepernick isn't making $10 million a year as an NFL starting quarterback. Why no march for Colin?
People might be making money off of private prisons, but that is kind of a different issue than slave labor of prisoners.
The new Yorker article? I didn't see it up there, I stopped at the Paste article.
Does white America love to indulge in the fantasy of persistent black slavery? O'Neal runs in a different crowd, I guess.
It seems like the paste article is incredibly badly sourced and researched. Some benefactors/recipients are mentioned in the article, but none are mentioned in the source article. The source article describes the use of prisoners in things like the kitchen or their commissary-the idea that the purpose of imprisoning…
Since the premise is that white people use prisons to make profits for corporations by de facto enslaving black people, I'm surprised this wasn't addressed in The 13th.
To be fair, "The Confederate States of America" is referenced in the article, so there is at least one. We are far from being deluged in shows where the South kept black people in chains, though.
Fucking up wouldn't be losing, it would be getting drawn into a protracted guerilla war.
What percentage of our GDP do you think prisons account for, realistically? 1%? 2%? I'm guessing significantly less than 1%. And by "prisons" I mean the products and services generated by the prison population.
How about a remake of Paths of Glory? What could go wrong?
This is a more cogent take than the article, and you did it for free!! The article seems like an earnest AVClub writer got trolled by June Diane Raphael.
Because there are two leads, who are white, and two supporting players who get a lot of screen time, who are Asian. Does the CBS audience care as much as "representation" and "social justice" as the AV Club commenter? My guess is no.
