My problem is their streaming library is meh, Ive always had an issue with making netflix wait 28 days and after that time I'm never sure I'll be able to stream that new movie.

You are right, at the least even if people hate windows and what it represents, this type of step forward can only strengthen the tablet market, and create new competition. One or two tablet OS is not good, we need more to provide choice for consumers, so I for one am excited to see this in action!
