Box is not going to do any such thing, especially not for Stone. That is made for tv garbage. If the show stays realistic something like that would never happen. Box closed this case out and he isn't about to reopen it because Stone said there was some other guy outside her place with Trevor. That proves nothing.

I think that is a bit too obvious. I think Mr. Reade was probably engaged in some other illegal activity that didn't have anything to do with this. Him staring at her door was more of a red herring. It was just too obvious for a show like this.

Everyone has constitutional rights. So if the police do something wrong with an illegal search you want to make sure the evidence gets suppressed. Yes a guilty person may go free, but if you don't suppress the evidence then how many innocent people who have nothing on them will be unlawfully stopped by the police and

Maybe he just panicked. I mean the guy is there pounding castor oil and freaking out. I see no reason he would lie about this. I think he lost count because he was under soo much stress. Wasn't like he had a lot of time to think about it. I dunno why he took the vial. From what I remember he didn't touch it so its not

You are throwing a lot of stuff out there and some of it seems unlikely. The significance of Naz using the bathroom could just be he had to go. The kid has been driving all night without stopping. I doubt the hearse driver is involved that seems like a real stretch too. He may end up being interviewed because if he is

Well we don't really know Naz so its hard to tell, but I'm sure something like that stays in your system for a bit, so he could have just been taking it to help with his studies and not necessarily taking it that evening.

Or he could get beat to a bloody pulp. Seriously what was he going to do when he caught the guy? Hit the guy over a head with a pipe? How is he going to explain what he was doing to the police and his justification of chasing someone down and hitting them with a blunt object? That scene felt very unrealistic to me.

Yea the whole foot thing is getting out of hand.

The family doesn't have or doesn't want to spend the money for Stone. The kid unless he has 50k somewhere doesn't have much choice.

True the tats made me suspicious of him, but he keeps giving Naz advice so I think he is just trying to be helpful.

He wasn't in jail for the one night. That was central booking pre-arraignment.

Of course they would send them to Rikers. Many high profile people get held there pending trial. If there is an issue with safety they can be placed in protective custody. Riker's Island is actually several different jails on one island. Its basically a mini city.

He is famous on the outside so he had that credibility coming in. He could have been there for several months already and still awaiting trial sometimes over a year.

Is it just me or was anyone else getting pissed that Naz just stood in the shower by himself as everyone else slowly walked out of the room? If it was me I'd be taking the quickest shower in history every time!

Yea, well I don't think I would have asked either. I'm sure Naz will go back and ask now after what happened to his bed.

Yea, I think Stone can care about Naz and at the same time care about what the case means to him. Stone isn't doing this case out of the goodness of his heart, this is his business after all, but I think he wants to help Naz as long as he gets paid to do so.

Heh. I just made the connection as well. I kept seeing in the comments that he was in the show and now I realize who he is. Yea, he certainly blends in to whatever role he is playing!

It wouldn't surprise me if the family goes and talks to another lawyer for a second opinion. This is a guy that "just - appeared" so I think the family might be a bit skeptical of his qualifications.

Think the mother was just snooping around because she is wondering if her son may not be the innocent kid she thought he was. Can't really blame her. Poor thing.

He has only had several hours to process all this. You have had how many weeks? Give the kid a break he is in shock. He has claimed innocence multiple times and all he gets in return is either shut your mouth or a lecture about how confession is good for the soul and how he needs to tell the truth. Naz has figured out
