@skierpage: Fair enough. In reviewing I was kind of over generalizing the term Hybrid. Ultimately its still shifting where the energy comes from but it still has to be made somewhere using some sort of fossil fuel. Nuclear would be the best choice and France proves you can do it reliably and efficiently.
