It was a fine episode. The whole recreation of Barry's accident gave me Flashpoint Paradox vibes, but instead of burning Barry's body they ended up evaporating the poor bastard.

Yep, arguably a much better villain than Luthor himself. He managed to be the only person on earth along with Sups after killing the Justice League and destroying the planet's atmosphere in the process. That episode blew me away.

Instead of Hawkgirl, Kendra should be named "Lady Weak Sauce". Damn, I miss DCAU's Hawkgirl, she would've kicked Savage's ass episodes ago.

The CW fucked up the schedule. This episode takes place before Laurel dies, in fact when Laurel's dead Barry already has his speed back.

So, in order to mend his mistakes Earth 2's Wells is going to do exactly what the Earth 1's Wells did. Create another particle accelerator. Cause we all are super smart but fuck logic, amirite?.

"Can I make you something to eat?, an omelet". Never before had a bunch of beaten eggs sounded so ominous. Oh Martha… you sweet, naive, poor thing. You're gonna be dumber than a bag of hammers right to the very end, aren't you?.

I'm seriously conflicted about this show. The writing is absolutely horrid, with some of the most cliché and corniest lines out there. In addition to that the acting can be awfully mediocre. But on the other hand I can't stop drooling every time Melissa Benoist hits the screen, not only she's incredibly cute and sexy

I completely agree, it works for a procedural like CSI for example, were there's not real main plot and the primary focus are the weekly cases. You can have the season's baddie show up every 5 episodes or so and it does not drag the show's pace.

They tried to pull the same stunt during Arrow's season 3 by introducing Ra's al Ghul, but once the initial hype was gone the plot went downhill.

Am I the only one who's seeing the same structural problems between Arrow and The Flash?. Imo, none of the shows benefit from having a 20+ season with the same main villain.

The finale was almost perfect until the whole induced catatonic state, then I saw the conclusion coming from miles away. it was obvious Chuck was gonna find a way to make Jimmy confess the whole thing. It was a bit of a shame, because the season was brilliant, Michael McKean and specially Rhea Seehorn made a fantastic

I'm guessing everybody was still in shock after Laurel's death and everyone unconsciously ignored how poorly written Diggle was during this episode.
