Unfortunately not an option in my rural region

Works fine for remote playing my PS4 on my Vita from 2000 miles away in the Caribbean last summer, and I know my upload speeds are much slower than the ones from Sony's servers.

I need better performance first. Both my PS3 and PS4 are wired directly to my router and most games are unplayable to me, even over my usually fine 20Mbps connection. I tried a couple of shooters when the service first appeared and it was just a horrible experience.
