I’m pretty sure they let him mess with the system settings (AKA: the resolution of the system) before he starts the match. If I was an elite pro Tekken player, I would be able to see the resolution problems long before…

There is a question of whether or not there’s merit to the resolution issue, regardless of it being used as a cop-out. Luckily nowadays we have the tools and folks who know how to use them, so by Friday I’d bet there will be a confirmation on whether changing the resolution could actually make a noticeable difference…

I would like to remind everyone that this is not censorship and that Playtonic as a private business has the right to express itself as they see fit. If they do not wish to include voice work by a controversial figure in their video game that is well within their right. Jon’s free speech was not violated in any way…

You hear people like Steve King say things like “We can’t restore our civilization with somebody else’s babies”, but then say that he’s not racist. Honestly, people like this are horrible, but I’d have more respect for them if they’d owned their racism, instead of trying to make a half-assed excuse.

Indeed, Arin get a lot of support thanks to Dan, but still, even Arin has those moments when he says “oops I’m being stupid am I?” and deals with it by being honest and asking for help from the audience to learn.

I hate that the Normal Boots guys are getting thrown into this. They are completely separate from Jon, and some of them are talking on Twitter about how they’re suffering from this terrible coverage secondhand to Jon.
