Yeah I have the old Ev Touch, and when I use my internet my home page is minutes/texts/data I have used, and my data plan is (#)/Unlimited.

Kind of both, mostly price, I guess how I look at it is you're paying for data service for a devise that isn't really a phone or a wireless router.

Too bad AT&T's data plan sucks. Having the ability of using Skype on the Vita is pretty nice, and makes it a decent smart phone-esque devise though it won't replace your smart phone lol. It even does video calls pretty well.

I went into a hypnotic trance playing Wetrix for the N64 at a friends house for like 5 minutes. I was sleep playing and apparently doing really well according to a friend then I snapped out of it and woke up not really knowing what happened lol.

Hahaha that is very true, Capcom though cancels games (grrr Megaman Legends 3....), they at least release most of their games to the west. For example Tatsunoko vs Capcom. I'm slightly surprised that they released that to the west.

True, but yeah that's kind of my point, yeah guns are very dangerous, but there are other things that are also dangerous (again not as dangerous as a gun) that can seriously hurt people, like a knife.

Yeah this is true, the child could of easily took a knife and killed him, lets say in his sleep. I would be much harder, but seeing that the child knew how to use a gun, and even knew to aim at the head, he probably could have pulled it off with something as simple as a knife.

I'll personally go Godzilla on SEGA if they don't release Phantasy Star Online 2 to the west.

Didn't Modern Warfare 3 came out not if 6 month's ago? I understand milking a franchise but holy bejebus releasing a new Call of Duty not even a years within each other sounds like they are pulling a Fable 3.

Speaking of that movie, if I remember correctly Disney did try to sue Tezuka, but realized that Tezuka came out first and, yeah, that didn't work out for Disney.

Yup he might as well Sue Nintendo for making the Original NES Metroid too, and Dead Space, and pretty much almost any video game that has to deal with aliens because everything movies and video game wise that was made after that movie has some parody of it.

If you hate it so much, you can always go into law school, become a lawyer, talk to Nintendo, and try to take down all these sites.

Not the mention the shrapnel of the bullet exploding on that thing would at least seriously injure the person let alone kill them because chunk of of the bullet could fly right through your head.
