I feel like saying people are getting X value out of something by how much they want to be paid to give it up is a bit of a leap. From my understanding the copyright is protected as soon as it’s created... even if it’s unfinished. Copyrighting just makes it easier to prove you were the original creator (or first to apply), and it’s required to take legal action to protect the copyright.

5% failure rate seems extremely high... but seems typical in my dealings with Uber.  They do not care about quality at all. 

I would of asked to be compensated by the airline since they relied on you to host one of their passengers for the duration of the flight because they were not culturally prepared.

My worry is that if you ban photoshop it’ll just lead to more hardships for the models, and photographers. The media is going to get their desired effect as long as people pay for it. some games are chalk full of cultural references so getting permission or even acknowledging their creator is a daunting task.
