Despite whether or not its a good podcast, Kevin Smith really seemed to be the biggest example of making a giant company out of over-sharing his and his friends personal lives. I love WTF and it is my favorite podcast, but I think Kevin Smith deserves huge credit here. He has had an enormous influence.
