Unfortunately, hardly any politician will take aim at police unless they have no intention of continuing their political career. Police and fire are usually the 3rd rail of local politics.

But make your pressure public, and you might rally enough public support to make something happen.

The fired at him 20 times. How many times did they hit him? I ask because relatively speaking, this is a lower pressure situation with a team of “trained” officers dealing one person and few to no other bystanders.
