I see no reason why incarcerated people should be allowed to vote. I accept upon doing their time that those rights should be returned, but while on the inside, I don’t think they should be allowed to vote.

Kerry Collins was a very good QB. The Panthers found very early success in their birth b/c of him. The Giants made it to the SB with Kerry. His talent was overshadowed by his love of alcohol and personality.
Honestly, I gotta got with Gettelman on this one. I don’t think, when looking for a QB you pass on a 6'5 pocket passer from Duke who put up very good numbers on a mediocre team. He’ll be fine. He has Manning to learn from and Barkley to carry the weight early.
The only thing we have learned from this weekend is that a) Jimmy Butler is not really a franchise player b) The Celtics are for real c) The West will be won by GSW. They don’t even need to play those games and d) If you want drama, put on the NHL.
Stevens is a brilliant coach and the chemistry issues stem more from injury, Danny Ainge personnel decisions and on court personalities than the coaching. Actually, I think by guiding them the way he did led to this rise.
As far as the headline...we do have to ask how Jon Snow, based on all the rules and etiquette surrounding royal succession, isn’t the one true King?
GoT reminds me a lot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. You start with this character or family of characters and you present a mission / idea that must be explored to a conclusion. But, on the way, in the building of the story, additional characters resonate so significantly in their POV, that things can’t always evolve…
I think we will all feel differently about this ending if they deliver on the Series Finale.
Honestly, this was some Joss Whedon stuff HBO pulled last night.
We got the ending nobody wanted. What’s next? Who sits on the Iron Throne?
The Democrats have been so snowballed by their own party, that they have no idea what their party actually stands for today.
I think to end the story like that, you needed to have killed off Jaime, Sam, and at least one Stark. I think you have to give us some Knight King backstory, lore and connection to Bran/Three Eyed Raven...then you can give us Arya killing him. But, not like that.
I think he decided to finish ASoIaF by contracting out the story to HBO. He didn’t want the strain, so he passed it off. He was too trapped in his head, that’s why the later books were so boring and bland. He knows he doesn’t have a lot of time left, so why fuss with this thing that became too big for him?
We need to demand the Snyder Cut!
I felt a bit betrayed by the ending. I felt frustrated by the episode’s darkness, it was hard to see anything. I can only hope that the coming episodes are better and that the one who sit on the Iron Throne in the end makes sense.
I don’t think there is any better way to write a battle story 8yrs in the making than having the 119 lb girl assassin who while trapped with her 3 friends in a castle can escape the hoard of walkers to fly out of the sky and kill the single most terrifying creature in all literature with the stab of a knife. This is…
I would have been very fulfilled with Bran leading that dialogue and giving us some context. I would have loved for us to understand Bran’s role and what the Three eyed Raven was for. I would have loved the Knight King nodding as his history was unfolded and dread built. That in that courtyard facing Bran and the old…
This episode was a train wreck. Let’s not talk about how you couldn’t see anything throughout the episode b/c of the dark or the headache you got due to eye strain. Let’s forget about the awesome Knight King surviving dragon fire and raising the dead of Winterfell. Let’s overlook the wonderful scene b/n Sansa and…
You mean criticizing Islam kills people. People criticize the Israeli government all the time.
I don’t think you blame Omar for this anymore than you blame Trump for actions taken in his name like in AUS. Individuals make evil choices all the time. Let’s spread positivity and love. As Americans, let’s teach the world to sing in perfect harmony.
