Can’t wait for this one. It’s a pleasant break from the weapon-wielding pretty boys plaguing a sizable chunk of the roster. Fighters like these are the kind of quirky fighters worth playing with.

While more Golden Sun love would be nice, I’d rather have something more unique than Fantasy Swordsman #whatever. Earth magic does spice things up, but if I have to choose between Isaac and Piranha Plant, I'm going Piranha Plant every time.

I’m cool with the Piranha Plant. The fun of Smash Bros is also the crazy out-of-the-box ideas they have. Another sword wielding armored guy would be been fine, but a biting plant? That’s crazy fun!

Better than more goddamn Fire Emblem swordsmen for sure.

I understand that for some people the central interest in Lost was in solving its mysteries, but for me the core of any show worth watching is the character drama, and Lost delivered that in spades. It also answered a bunch of mysteries, but left some unsolved, which I think is both fine and good. But others’ mileage…

When they say “only if you pre-order” odds are really good that it’s a free fighter if you pre-order, but will come out later if you don’t.

Don’t quote me on this, but I think the Geralt in this series is supposed to be a younger, less “weathered” version, because they’re following the novels as opposed to the games. I think I recall being told this by the fanboys when I expressed skepticism before about Cavill taking the role.
