I disagree. By the time you can get a skell (30 hours) you’ve already explored 75% of the game and deserve a more convenient way to travel. It also opens up new routes that were previously inaccessible due to height. Then when you upgrade it to fly (another 30 hrs?) you finally gain access to the entire world…
