Their ideas are behind the times? Is that why Sony and Microsoft jumped on the motion gaming bandwagon so hard? And jacked the extra screen feature with the Vita/Smartglass?

I think my Dreamcast is my most played console even today, though I mostly play Border Down and NFL2K1 (went to 2K2 for a brief moment, but it sucked in comparison to 2K1, especially since Franchise mode cuts off at 50 years; in 2K1 the game just glitched on me in 2201 and caused the rookies to immediately age 200…
Hey look, a Sony fanboy.
How many Disney love stories begin with attempted rape?
Yes, as far as I'm concerned Lost Odyssey was hands down the best JRPG of this generation.

But not everyone is saying it's bad, or saying the level design is bad. Some reviewers are saying the level design is good. And some people (like Polygon, whom you mentioned) say the 3DS version is awful.
Can anyone point me to a review of this by someone who has actually beaten a Sega Genesis Sonic game before?
Then how did the person in the video above (obviously) figure out how to play the game?
So... do you forget how to do something in a game 10 minutes after doing it?
These reviews (here, IGN, Gamespot, etc.) remind me of the reviews for Gun Valkyrie and God Hand: People who have no idea how to play a video game trying to review it.
Well, FFXIII was lacking in great villains, but FFXIII-2 had one of the best villains since Kefka in Caius Ballad.
