You do not need all perspectives.  You need unbiased and thoughtful reporting.  If a white male, asian male, hispanic woman or white woman can’t do the job, get rid of them.  Same goes for the black person if they are on the job.

I think R. Kelly is a great case study.  There is right and wrong.  Money cannot define truth.  Had someone, anyone confronted him on his actions early in his life, shown him empathy for his own upbringing and worked to help him change opposed to enabling him, so many things would be different today.
