The series is over. Cleveland is the winner. And I’m glad it’s that way, because the Cubs losing is one of the few constants in life, like death or taxes. Not to mention Cubs fans are already annoying enough as is, and with a Cubs World Series victory, they’d become significantly more annoying. The Cubs shall forever…
On the bright side, at least these high school students are aware of what the Trail of Tears was. I think back to when I was in high school, and there were a good number of students who did not know what the Holocaust was, let alone the Trail of Tears. So maybe the American youth are becoming less ignorant over time.
Phil Simms could not shut the fuck up tonight. Though that’s not unusual because he normally has a tendency to ramble, but tonight it was especially bad. He was having back and forth discussions with himself at one point in the second half.

It’s more that the refs are completely inept. Even if the rule book was simplified, the refs would still make egregious calls as they normally do.
The way Glenn’s death was portrayed is so brutal. And the gore was edgier than I expected. I was impressed overall.
Oh come on guys, we all know ratings are down only because of the election cycle. Now let me get back to drinking my Kool-Aid.

Eh, at least it was a competitive game instead of a one-sided blowout. I thought it was a pretty good Monday Night football game in that regard.
