Tip the people who need it (the understaffed, overworked, underpaid employees) and let the dude behind you pony up for his own order.

i mean, she objectively is important in the business, her numbers confirm that. i have never watched her,im not her demographic age, if i had kids they woudl be her demo, but numbers are kind of the only metric thats directly relevant.  and given her “Gamer” niche, anime ized pics seem to fit.
