Hearing this is sad for me too. I really liked the Ranger characters and the actors. It was semi-camp, but it was fun. It didn’t try to be anything it wasn’t, and I respected that. If we’re not getting these Rangers back, then I’m not interested in a reboot.

This is what I was expecting this article to be.

I love Doreen and Nancy, but Brain Drain is the freaking best. If there were comics awards for Best Supporting Character, he earns it hands down. Or mechanical hand analogues that are sorely lacking in functionality down.

Oh, I SO feel you. My personal moment had already come, when three ballista bolts fired from moving ships hit a flying target over a mile away in a little under seven seconds. That was so absurd and ridiculous it actually made me emotionally check out from the rest of the season, which wound up being a good thing.

I remain a bit leery of yet another Terminator movie, but when I realized that Mackenzie Davis played the eponymous night nanny in Tully, I suddenly became much more willing to see this.  She and Charlize Theron did a great job in that movie.

I think the biggest issue is the sudden and arbitrary need to pack at least three seasons worth of story into six episodes. A few things feel like they got lost in that madcap dash to wrap things up.
