Serious question though, what is he using to play that game? Looks like an original NES cartridge in some sort of adapter that is connected to some sort of controller.

I'm a programmer by trade, or at least I'm trying to be. I've had 1.5 years experience professionally, but am currently in between jobs. Really hard to find programming jobs when you lack the experience. So if you need a programmer......

Now if I could just find a bored graphic artist to do the game assets, maybe I could get out a couple of decent games. Being able to program but lacking any artistic talent makes it hard to really do anything constructive.

While the Drag & Drop system in GameMaker is geared towards beginners, it can be used by people of any skill. Once you know what you're doing you don't have to use the Drag & Drop at all, and can just use scripts and code for everything. There isn't much you can't do in GameMaker if you know what you're doing. The

The following picture isn't for the faint at heart. I drew a diagram to show the daisy chain I had created. Keep in mind, all of them were plugged into a single outlet behind the bed. I have since cleaned up that mess and have mostly managed the wires....but it was a sight to behold.

My dog would go absolutely ape shit if she was anywhere near that wall. I don't know why, but if anybody pops bubble wrap near her (or even makes sounds similar to it), she goes crazy. She will bark at you judgingly until she sees you throw it away.

Bought one of these at Lowe's last year, I love it. It's so wide you can do a sidewalk in one fell swoop. And because of it's size, it can clear a lot of snow fast. I'll never go back to my old normal shovels.

I did some research on this back when I decided to make a pacman clone. I too was surprised at how complex their AI was. I am still terrible at Pacman -_-

Did this company not test their game at all? This seems like something a bug test would find pretty quickly.

Watching the Sonic was pretty sweet. That guy was awesome. I am terrible at that game.

This same thing happened to me with a Hard Drive I bought from Best Buy. It was shrink wrapped and everything. I posted a separate reply to this thread with a picture of what was inside my box. They actually introduced a new policy after this incident that required them to open any boxes when a customer returns an

This happened to me several years ago. I bought a 400GB Hard Drive from Best Buy on Black Friday. I didn't open it for a few days, and when I did I found this. I was able to return it and got the actual hard drive I wanted. But when I walked into Best Buy to return it, I didn't know what would happen. Luckily it

OMG, I love those leftover sandwiches. Now I'm sad, because we aren't doing our own Thanksgiving dinner this year, so I won't have anything to make them with.

I started out programming on my TI-82 graphing calculator. You could do a lot more with the TI-85, but I got by pretty well. It almost makes me want to break out my TI-82 and see what I can do with it now that I'm an actual programmer, but I don't think I'll be doing anything close to a Smash Brothers clone :-P

I just did several Google searches and I can't find the speed on that model anywhere. I find it fishy that they don't list that type of thing on the specifications page.

I just bought a pair of the Bose Quiet Comfort 3 headphones a couple of months ago. I've always been a fan of Bose. At work I was being distracted too much by other people, so the noise cancellation comes in very handy.

I played this game so much as a child. I never tried for a speed run, but I could beat it the same way he did, albeit a lot slower. I think I had a different method to get past that last star level, but I wasn't going for speed either. Loved that game!

Dungeon Defenders Eternity and maybe some Diablo 3 when DDE is laggy or in the middle of a patch.

Yeah, I know. But that was the only clip of the scene I could find. "oh, it's a twist off!"
