The cuts to the car list (and track list) are because they had to re-scan everything, because (likely due to model/polygon constraints) last-gen models aren't up to snuff for a next-gen game.

This is standard practice...

Making minute adjustments to a thumbstick and having them represent gradual changes, and then doing this multiple times in a short span, doesn't translate well. Forza 5, like its predecessors, has different levels of "input guidance," I'll call it, from easy, hold-your-hand stuff to full-on simulation which I'm not

But Netflix would then have to allow for launching a show/movie from outside the app, which, given we don't know how their app is architectured, we can't say whether it would be trivial or impossible.

I'm not 100% sure we're gonna see more consoles in 8-10 years.

I've got Dead Rising 3 pinned, sure, but I also pinned the movie The World's End, because I want to rent it but haven't had time. Clicking the movie's pin will take me to the Xbox Video store page, where I can opt to rent it when I'm finally ready to watch. I do wish I could pin individual Netflix movies or series,

Copnado!

Right, sorry, what I wrote was meant just for the XB1's architecture. PS4's is fluid, and I think that'll work out better for games, but at the same time, the PS4 doesn't have the same kind of app support the XB1 has, so there's less need to dedicate that much RAM for apps.

Siriusly?

You asked if the XB1 has a dedicated CPU/RAM for multimedia (I assumed apps). I said it has 3GB dedicated, and up to 10% of GPU and up to 2 cores of CPU resource in reserve. How is that not clear?

It is set aside. Its not a fluid pool. Games have up to 5GB to play with, apps have up to 3GB. Games can't use, say, 6GB if apps are only using 2 at the given time.

Aaaand you're wrong. Clearly stated in numerous articles MONTHS ago that apps have a separate set of RAM (3GB), GPU (10% max), and CPU (2 cores max, fuzzy on this though) for non-game apps.

Needs even more Cop Pyramid

So, serious question: if its no DPI, is it at least holding? Watching the replays, the defender is basically hugging and pushing gronk to the back of the end zone.

Oh, that's fair, I guess.

Didn't Ibra have a fantastic game against England or France in the Euro Cup last year?

I just found it interesting the way you worded it, because I feel like every report I've read that mentions it has been careful to distinguish that it can read external hard drives and it just can't run games/game data from it. Sorry if it came off too strong.

Not sure where you're getting that info from. PS4 recognizes and reads from (not sure about writes to) external hard drives, but cannot store game data on it. You could store downloaded movies/music, I believe, and can certainly play movies/music from it.

That's silly.
