Well sure, but I figured as more Pokemon were introduced (err, discovered), that denotes the timeline moving forward. I just didn't take FR to be official canon over Classic Red, for example; I'd just thought they were remakes to bring old story into the new features.

Oh, I didn't realize the remakes were actually meant to be held as canon, just thought they were there to join the older versions with newer mechanics, but keep the same storyline.

Strange, but plausible. I figure, if I'm spending an average of 7 hours every 24 all wrapped up in it, I'm already getting whatever's in there, and WRT sweat and stuff, its already been on my body (and as such, is of my body) so I can't imagine it being an issue.
