@spidermedic: They could simply be updating the database to determine which songs go together. They probably find what songs are missing locally, which means Apple doesn't have to know which ones you do and don't have.

Quicksilver has always been very stable on my mac, perhaps only certain plug-ins cause issues.

Is there a way to do this with quicksilver?
