If I'm not mistaken, weren't Chrissie Hynde and Poison Ivy also from Akron?

Well, there'd be less black folks, that's one thing we know.

Ha!

He actually changed his middle name to "Fucking." I read an article about it; it's literally unbelievable.

Is Can in? If not, them, too. Immediately.

With their stance on homosexuality it makes more sense to put Stiv in the HOF and HR as Pope.

I'm not saying it wasn't a shitty thing (and I'm not trusting the opinion of the guy who jealous fired him), but listening to Pete Best's Combo and other later stuff he did shows you he was kind of a one trick pony. Ringo's playing grew with Paul and George in a way Pete might not have.

His work with Blueshammer was top notch, as well. He was certainly the Belle of the Car Show, for sure.

Well, reinforcing the point sure worked.

He was also a MUCH better drummer than Pete Best, which didn't hurt.

You might not like them, but that's a little hyperbolic, lol.

I'm embarrassingly happy you're back.

And Nagasaki…?

No that's right, I was thinking of the first coupla stanzas, not the very end of the song, my bad. Thank the lord those Black Panthers got to their plane in time or segregation might never have ended, lol.

That's cool, I wouldn't street team for them, but I like their records.

Just clarifying. I took that line as, you all that didn't vote for Nixon didn't get Watergate hung on you, why is segregation on every Southerner? That's just me, though, and truthfully, I don't really care. Skynyrd's original iteration were basically hippies into boogie rock.

Also they were from Jacksonville, so I doubt they voted for Wallace, anyway 😄

It never says that, lol. I'm not a Skynryd apologist, but that would be laughable songwriting.

It's "we all did what we had to do"

Such as? I'm guessing NSBM.
