Maaaan, when has it NOT been the age of the manchild? I’m pushing 50 & am still waiting for those motherfuckers to go out of fashion. Tick tock....

Brown’s offensive reference to the wrong ethnic origin goes nicely with Ansari’s joke about people telling him to “go back to...the country you’re from!”. His follow up is that the racists tend to not be geography buffs.

Narcissists can be extremely charming when they are charming someone. She may not have known how bad it was going to be when she married him. She may be realizing that there is no way out now that he is the most powerful man in the world, with no moral compass, no empathy, and the Russians behind him.

I saw that picture of the Obamas gently comforting and guiding her inside and it broke my heart a little! I am not a fan of Melania, and she clearly knew what she was getting herself into marrying him, but still... I can’t help but think that whatever abuse she is suffering from this awful man has been increasing

I agree. She’s a victim - in an abusive, controlling relationship and can’t leave. She also loves her son and is terrified of how trump would publicly destroy her. Of course she speaks for him - she has no choice.

“Oh, I’m so ashamed.” Don’t be ashamed; organize your people.

Spencer did nazi that coming....

Does this guy really wander around the city asking random strangers to name a bunch of things in a category?

Getting bombarded by Billy fucking Eichner. I’m extra vigilant when I walk through the Flatiron District.

I feel like pretty much every post would be improved by ending it that way. And also poop.

Great. Xenophobic sewer rats.

wow im glad someone else is woke about the ignorance of vice hosts. i feel like this story can be applied to like anytime any host tries to be ~down to earth~and do “not normal” things... it’s like a light bulb goes off in their head “wow people like outside of city metropolitan areas in the united states aren’t all

I think the sort of inexperienced interviewer is their *thing*. Because it’s supposed to, I think, make us feel like they are asking the questions we would ask. Sure an entertaining piece about the Jersey Shore of the U.K. done by VICE is entertaining, I’ve watched my fair share of their programming.

I find this is a good descriptor of every host/personality/whatever on any Vice thing I ever watch.

all love to kesha.

OH GOD THIS IS HAPPENING -> Get a grip, you need to face reality -> WAIT, I’M NORMALIZING THIS -> Oh god this is really happening...

Eventually, some how, some way, I do have faith that this despicable piece of failed humanity will be laid low by his own doing. And I cannot fucking wait. I will literally dance with joy.

Anyone else find themselves constantly doing that thing where you start a rant, decide you need to stop because you’re going to make yourself sick/have a rage stroke, and then 10 seconds later start up again because you just can’t stop?

I rewatched The Holiday over Christmas and was charmed all over again. Gahhhhh

Yeah - she’s all like “Come at me, birch!”
