Anyone who refers to Times Square as the #Bestplaceever should be given extra screening by the TSA. The full pat down, the hand swabby thing, drug sniffing dogs, all of the things. Only criminals and monsters could think of TS as a fun place to hang in NYC. It’s science.

When Times Square is your idea of “traveling” in NYC, you’re officially doing it wrong.

My sincere condolences, Janelle. :(

I may be in the minority with this, but I really think Tamara may have turned a corner. The way she handled the whole Kelly freak out was very mature and kind. She didn’t go back at Kelly when she turned on her at the dinner, and she made a real effort to understand why Kelly could be acting out like that (e.g. her

Brianna’s kids look like her uptight weirdo husband and I can’t look at them.

Jimmy just definitely signed up to keep his wife busy.

Yes! I referred to him as White Privilege, and he was pretty awful. Thanks be, though, he left to go to seminary, so now he’s God’s problem!

I brought my son to college on Sunday. He is lucky in that many of his friends from high school also are attending the same university. The roommate hadn’t left the dorm in three days. The roommate grew up in a very small town and was so out of his element, shy and scared. My son organized a “game night” last night

Started my first week back to school. A lot of people moved on. Some were expected and some weren’t. There was one guy who was the science teacher and I’m so happy he finally left. He was terrible for years. Just lazy and he had a bad relationship with the kids. He picked on any SPED students or ones considered

I was thinking about boots today and got slightly emotional. I’m due for a new pair of nice ones this year, and I’m plotting out what they’re going to be.

Wait...what’s wrong with “dorm"?

The only thing better than this article are the mansplainy comments. #blessyourheart

Why would having parents who are willing to pay for your college experience make the parents shitty?

Yeah, my immediate reaction was “Can you at least thank the man first?!?” But if I had nearly drowned, was panicked and distressed, and my beloved dog was still in my car I have no idea how I’d act or what I’d say.

Lovely and brave.

Maybe the dying person doesn’t want to have to spend the very end of their life, in a situation that is definitely all about them, spending their energy caring for others.

There’s an episode in Grace & Frankie that’s very similar to this. It was very moving and I was crying throughout the episode. They did a great job of capturing a lot of different perspectives. I think people who struggle to understand end-of-life decisions should watch it.

I read this yesterday just as our doggy’s party was coming to an end. Really highlighted for me how important it is for people to have that dignity as well. We should all be so lucky to have such a beautiful passing. It's incredibly unfair that it comes so soon for some people, but I'm very glad to be around at a time
