Paper ketchup cups are still far superior.

Sounds like a great idea! In the company I work we have a rule that "anything that can be done face-to -face, must be done face-to-face. If not face-to-face then by phone". E-mail is reserved for things that can't be done otherwise. It really cuts the inbox clutter and improves productivity. Also you know your

Well the MAJOR flaw with Google maps is the lack of proper offline maps. It's nice when staying home, but as I usually already know my surroundings, I really have use for a map when going abroad. And I have no intention on paying huge roaming charges for lack of such a basic and easy to implement feature.

Aahh. You are right - totally forgot them. Thanks

This is differs very much betwen cultures - if you ever find yourself in Finland then please use our first name; always and with everyone you meet - we never call anybody by their last name and sir/ma'am is only used in the army.

Agreed. Global audiences are easier to reach also.

"the ability to pay only for the channels you want. It's a dream that everyone from Apple to Intel has reportedly pursued, and one that every half-sentient cable customer desires." - This would be the desire if it were the 90's.

Atleast IKEA seems to be selling one for 24.95$. It's birch though, but you can find others from elsewhere also.

Merry Christmas to you too

That is what it basically is. Expect there is a "push" functionality where you "send" the picture from an iPad to a TV rather than "pull" it with the TV.

Yeah - I use alternative.to and similar places also, but I guess its just the hype you are talking about. I have gotten used to the thing that many times in Windows world, the free ones are the most "advertised" and most used. Just yesterday I was searching a html editor. I've been using notepad++ in windows, but it

Yeah - many unix and linux programs do have mac versions, but smaller "apps" (such as Boom and Tracks) are more UI/UX specific so there are no unix alternatives that would work. For free software it seems that Mac is still the last OS that gets them. Selection is far worse than for Win.

Since moving to Mac from PC a few months ago I've noticed that there is far fewer free (opensource, freeware etc.) alternatives for Mac programs than there were for PC.

nice

No iPad version???

250W is almost nothing. 250w-1kw is basically just enough for led-lighting use. And maybe a laptop, but fridges, heating, cooking etc. would have to be done some other way.

How many people is this then? 4? Aren't pizzas often designed to be eaten by one person?

SmartQ X7 - some say its basically a Nexus 7 with a microSD slot. Haven't tested it yet, but it costs about the same as Nexus7.
