American feminism (thankfully not European feminism) has decided that criticizing other parts of the world is culturally insensitive, and that it should be left to the people of those parts of the world. Hence, completely giving up on the concept of oppressed class beyond national barriers, and without realizing that

I'd ask him who will be left to buy those burgers, if people can't have income sources due to mechanization.

This is the tragedy of the commons again, except that here the commons is the purchase power of the 2 lower quintiles of society.

ooops! i actually did that! sorry...

See, that the logical fallacy you ccommitted: i didn't say "all bad christians are like that" nor "all good christians are like that".

You think i didn't? I'm pretty good at lengthy and deep rationalizations, too. But at the end of the day, they are still that, rationalizations.

Sure. So?
What does it have to do with what i said?

I said that only bad Christians do that. Here "good" and "bad" are not defined morally, but on faithfulness to the doctrine. I'm a bad Christian, because i don't follow biblical doctrine to the letter. I cherry pick what i think it makes more moral sense. Good Christians, on the other hand, don't cherry pick and

If they are only allowed to explain the religious objections to homosexuality, then there's not much to be afraid of it. The whole idea is that simply "God doesn't like it". There's no reasoning nor explanation in the Bible as for why God doesn't like it, and there's not even a specific statement of sinhful nature of

Sure, but the Christians that are not like this are bad Christians (myself included). To avoid all the homophobic stuff, we need to cherry pick the scriptures, weeding out the stuff that makes sense out of the stuff that doesn't.

Well, they got everybody's attention.

You know how the saying goes "Pobre Mejico, tan lejos de Dios y tan cerca de los Estados Unidos" ;)

If it's just as good as formula and it's free, then it's best.

Hate to the point where you want to hurt another person, and then go through with it... doesn't sound like a healthy mental state to me.
Was Breivik a mentally sound guy?

It really isn't shocking that he asked from where i'm standing. I've been told by no other than my mom and a bff of mine that persistence is what matters. My friend even put an example about how a former boyfriend of hers only got to be her boyfriend because he wouldn't stop badgering her asking for a date.

Or because the children are perceived as extensions of the self?

Well, do you remember the "original sin" doctrine? That's punishing the children for the "sins" of the parents. Or the last plague of Egypt? again, punishing the children for the sins of the parents. Or even in the Gospel, how when the people asks for the release of Barabbas and to have Jesus executed, again the

He doesn't need to be hateful or bigoted, himself. He just believes that God is one.

If you believe it's a sin, then you believe that your friend, for the mere fact of living loving people of his same sex, deserves eternal damnation. You believe that it is perfect righteousness and justice that he is subjected to eternal torture.

In my language (Galician), it's quite simple. A marriage-type relationship (talking about commitment level even if there's no actual marriage) is denoted by referring to each other as "my man"/"my woman". A relationship with less commitment or less maturity is denoted by referring to each other as "my boy"/"my girl".
