They’re making a ‘90s nostalgia movie, I’m sure channeling Ace Ventura is exactly what they are going for.

Considering it’s a Sonic movie having no female characters wouldn’t be the worst option.

About as cliched as a tattooed chef holding a knife in PR photos.

I’m not a chef so I don’t have a dog in this hunt, but I believe Anthony Bourdain referred to at least one woman chef as a badass. Coming from him I personally would take that as a huge compliment.

Maybe. But it won’t be useless against gigantic kittens!

Nothing healthy tastes like Cinnabon. NOTHING. Just thinking of all that fat and sugar is making me break out.

That’s some pretty ageist bs, if you ask me.

True, but sometimes pragmatism means being happy with shit when the other option is rat poison.

I want to preface this by saying that I do not care for Joe Biden as a presidential candidate. Unlikely I’ll vote for him in a primary, and I sincerely hope he does not win the Dem nomination. That said:

The president doesn’t matter, the supreme court does.  I don’t care if the candidate is a sack of flour with a face drawn on it, as long as people vote it in and it nominates liberal judges.

I discovered Car Talk one Saturday morning as a 16 year old while hunkered underneath a 1953 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight (my dream and my curse in the form of the 3 on the tree transmission produced that one year because the original manufacturer burned to the ground) and became a lover of the zen of car wisdom and off
