Nice reading comprehension.

I'll be as glib as I please.

I don't think you understand what the word "blame" means.

Well obviously God enters into it, no pun intended.

I mean there is such a thing as goodness itself and that all ethics follows from this. We probably shouldn't have this argument as it is obviously a huge one. I have a lot of time right now, but not that kinds of time. I shouldn't have brought it up. I apologize.

It is a crime and is the fault and moral failure of the perpetrator.

You certainly appear to be. In natural law ethics, the sexual act itself has ontological reality. The final cause of the act is procreative but it is also unitive. Plato disagrees, but you know best, of course.

Except that it isn't rationalization for violent crimes.

I agree with everything you have said except "that's not the point".

It's easy as pie, and yet people still do it.

What I meant is that I doubt anyone here knows much about the particulars of the situation outside of what they reason the papers. I did not mean to imply that nobody knows how to improve the situation.

You guys may or may not know this, but history actually started kind of a long time ago. Now, I don't expect everyone to know about Babylonian sexual rituals, but knowing something about the intellectual world of your great grandparents isn't too much to ask.
