Are there any Canadian stores (retail or online) that sell new games for less than $69.99? I remember getting SFIV and RE5 on Amazon for about $5 less than what retail stores were selling them for (back when they were new games), but even Amazon is selling new games for $69.99 now.

Does anyone ever wonder what would happen if, from day one, the Wii was just as powerful as the PS3 and Xbox 360? Would it absolutely destroy the competition in terms of third-party support?

@Eternalbl: Easy answer-my Xbox 360. I also have a Wii, a DS, and a PS2, but I play on my Xbox 360 a lot more often.

You might as well say that PS3 owners don't JRPGs either, judging by how Cross Edge and Valkyria Chronicles sold, or even how the JRPGs that were ported from the 360 to the PS3 have sold. Besides, I'm sure that FF is a big enough franchise for FFXIII to sell…

@laser beams: The impression I got from Crecente's write-up is that if you want to shoot and move at the same time, you pretty much have to do like a sort of "raise the roof" hand movement while moving your body side to side (aka strafing).
