What I don’t understand with these tell-all books is do the authors not think that it makes them look bad being craven enablers to this idiot.
I have no intention of buying or reading this book. The words of spineless kowtowing lickspittles are worthless. Also, it will tell me exactly zero that I do not already know.
Everyone who accepts a job in the Trump White House either has an IQ under 80 or is a craven opportunist with an inflated view of their own ability to corral the chaos. It was obvious when he was running that he had no principles, no plan, and no impulse control. If at that point, even if you agreed with some of his…
I don’t think out-of-office Republicans should be applauded for coming to conclusions about Trump THAT THE REST OF THE WORLD WAS ENTIRELY AWARE OF FROM THE BEGINNING! Gee, you’ve finally come to the realization that water is wet and the sun rises in the east. No shit, Sherlock.
Presidents just don’t get shot like they used to.
I don’t need a book to know none of this shit. It’s so fucking obvious.
He was told a thousand times what was going on before he even put his name up for the job. His monumental lack of judgment ought to follow him until he wears his shroud, but that’s not how the DC establishment works. It is three years, tops, before he has an op ed piece in the NY Times calling for another idiotic…
He blatantly refused to testify before that committee, like all of these other assholes.
Good to hear someone is reading my work.
Even setting aside the fact that he should have talked earlier, when it could have mattered, the main problem with this guy is that he stayed there for 17 months. So at best, everything he describes he aided and abetted, and more probably he’s simply complicit and therefore guilty.
They still would have acquitted him in the Senate. That’s how afraid of Trump’s base and being primaried Senate Republicans are. They don’t cave to Trump. They cave to his crazy ass base.
Bolton also criticized House Democrats for focusing so much on Ukraine during their impeachment inquiry when they could also have looked into Trump’s willingness to intervene in the investigations of companies like Turkey’s Halkbank and China’s ZTE.
Well, at least they’re using a soft “A” now instead of a hard one.
Lady whitey works
Lord, I hope so.
Wow, Curtis Armstrong! Right here on the AV Club. What a honor.
“And the Oscar for Best Line Producer goes to...”
In Cinestate’s defense, maybe Adam Donaghey is an irreplaceably awesome line producer. A little harmless sexual assault might just be the price you have to pay for that caliber of, uh, line producing talent.
I am irrationally annoyed by describing Dubstep Bees as listening to House Music. That’s not house music. It’s dubstep. Which...y’know, THE NAME?!
