It pissed me off that they never went for the move I was positive they were building towards: have Andy hit the blackboard with his head so that it starts spinning — which gives away that the cave drawing (reproduced in chalk on one side) and the Twin Peaks map (tacked up on the reverse side) are the same image. That was the funniest single moment in the entire 14 hours so far. I was laughing explosively and uncontrollably like a hyena. The joke was so out-of-the-blue that it was even funnier.

I think all the separate-timeframe arguments are absolutely ludicrous — but I thought the same thing about Westworld and oh boy was the joke on me.

It's because it was supposed to be a pilot for a series, but then it got re-edited and truncated into a stand-alone movie.

It's a great thing for the arts that there are people like you around.
