I think its great you have a hobby you have been able to stick to. The reality is that as kids we had time to pursue multiple hobbies (music, gaming, cars, comics, etc)... as we get older, stuff like real life and career takes time away from that and you either need to stick to a couple of hobbies that you can focus…

Some people enjoy putting together a system and tweaking, they are called enthusiasts. Some people just want to play games and could care less what is powering it.

I used to think like this when I was in college, now I have more money than time so I have to prioritize where I spend my time more as opposed to when I was younger and everything revolved around a budget.

Not really... its not unusual for slutty looking girls to walk around NYC. They are usually in a group and about to head to the club, etc. This guy had $1k+ in easily stolen hardware just hanging out and he was totally alone in a secluded area.

I know lots of families who have a 3DS/DS for each kid so they can play Pokemon together, etc at the same time especially during car rides. I can;t see them buying multiple $300-400 NX systems vs multiple $80 2DS or $150 3DS.

Im not happy with the hybrid rumore of it being a 6" tablet. I have always had a gameboy or DS as a portable but a 6" device is not portable IMHO
