Was anyone injured? No. Was public property destroyed? No. What is the purpose of the police wasting time finding this person, when nothing significant happened?

I think they underestimate how bad icing can be on outside and inside of the windows. I know when it's bad here, there has to be at least a few minutes of warming before they window is clear from the inside.
