Kate is nice. The writing and acting in the campaign are top-notch. I really enjoyed the game, but the MCU roster is, and will always be, BORING outside of the movies. Just like Marvel v. Capcom Infinite, restricting developers to MCU-only characters and trying to attempt to recapture the magic of the movies does not…

I’ll put the game on easy and then fake struggle by not upgrading weapons or spending skill points until the difficulty spikes a few hours into the game. Then I’ll upgrade everything and cruise to the ending.

PS2... I found the games dark and full of jaggies. (member jaggies?) Gamecube games were bright and fun. OG Xbox had online games and pushed graphical limits. Ps2 was a drab of a console.

I think the reboot needed to happen to clear the “dual wielding big boobie booty short” pallet from the series. Agreed the next entry should lean into the more fantastical elements of the series. 

I wonder how Tecmo slipped from Xbox’s grip? Ninja Gaiden and DoA are still synonymous with Xbox for me. It’s telling how poor their multiplat efforts (for these two franchises) have been. A Ninja Gaiden 4 would fill that Bloodborne/Demon Souls exclusive gap for Xbox.

The Bethesda purchase single handedly restored my faith in the entire Xbox ecosystem. It is a display of commitment the have not shown in years. I’m getting early 360 vibes again! Xbox just needs a solid fighting game and a little more sauce from Japan.
