Seriously, there is so much good about this game I wish I could share, but would spoil the hell out of everything. Such excitement. Will be playing again over the weekend.

I had a problem with this, playing Saits Row the third, with the unlock pack, that came with the game. Now I can play it how it's meant to be played XD

The game has regenerating health. For example at the start, if you go below 20hp you will regen back up to 20hp. I believe there might also be a perk that allows you to regen more. Also, you can regen health by getting knife stealth kills at some point too.

The only thing I can think of it might be is Less Is More but honestly I think he just made something up to confuse us old folks.
