Playing on PC, it’s got enough bugs that I’m going to hold off a couple of days. Myself and a buddy both encountered issues. Update looks promising though, so this doesn’t depress me regarding the game, just a matter of giving it some time for patches to catch up.

Yes, terrible job. They need to hire more people. They're primarily a company of developers, they should be able to address a lot of issues programmatically. They can communicate more openly. They can have actual customer support. They can make use of their ridiculous profits to give developers more value.

Valve has around 360 employees per Wikipedia apparently. They should definitely hire more though

I didn't watch Lady in the Water, but The Happening was pretty horrid...

I loved the movie, as did my wife. You can guess some plot twists before they happen, but it's all still executed quite well, humorously, and left me wanting more. Quite happy with how it turned out.
