Key engineering challenge: design a sports car which is simultaneously subject to terminal oversteer AND understeer.

This was beautiful.

Seriously. People who buy a new Nissan bought one because they didn’t try anything else.

A local dealer has a new ‘16 Club for $25,xxx. tempting.

Sounds about right. I loath anything with a CVT, and the entire Nissan lineup is about on par with Mitsubishi- relegated to the “also ran” group of Japanese makes.

I probably got the best deal in CA (if not the country) @ $3,500 under invoice before tax and reg. I didn’t qualify for loyalty or military rebates, otherwise I would have gotten a little more off. Dublin Mazda took on a bunch of 2016 Miata inventory earlier in the year and must have been compensated with extra

I just bought a 2016 Honda Accord with 75 miles on it for $1500 less than a 2016 Honda Accord Certified (warranty to 100,000 miles) with 7,500 miles...I have yet to come up with a great explanation...other than,

Not having any nostalgia for old American cars makes this a hard sell for me, but it does look in good shape and is pretty nice looking. The price seems solid if it all checks out, but I don’t know what I would do with it, and there’s other useless cars I’d rather have for $6000. CP.

What are you doing on the trail that would destroy a screen on your center dash?

by trail I assume you mean going to Home Goods

Yeah, I’ve never really thought of VW as making reliable cars... these people must have their rose-colored glasses on.

Unless you are self-employed and use it for business. Then, a lease has tax advantages.

Or, do not lease a car from certain manufacturers who have some really crappy lease programs.
