They should have made a FWD regular cab version. The low end of the pick-up market, traditionally occupied by the old 4 cyl S10's and rangers is gone. Someone should fill that gap.

Depends on the state the Lease originated in... In some states(MD, from memory) you aren’t buying out “your own” car, but you are literally buying a car owned by the leasing company, and you DO need to visit a dealer. In most other states, it is basically just refinancing the balance owed on a car you own.
