Wrong comparison. The internet is not as static as a wall of graffiti. Graffiti on a wall on a street may only ever be seen by the people of that street, which by definition is what it gangland tagging origin is intended for, and that's where it will remain unless someone important enough sees it and spreads the news…

That solution already exists, for years in fact powers by pocket pc platform in the industrial and corporate sector. you don't notice it cos its not advertised to mass market and they aren't designed for home use.
