Those are good points. I agree that single stream recycling is a complete failure. Separate recycling is a far more effective strategy (although I’ve seen people run roughshod over that at my local recycling bins, too, sadly).

I feel like if the option is “spend $40 at McDonalds” or “Eat 30-40 Olives” I’m going with the latter and experiencing less regret than usual.

I totally understand why someone would use these if they have transportation, childcare, or mobility issues. I do not have those. I will drive and get the food myself. I am the food delivery service for my wife. 

It’s not rocket science. You leave it in the box on your kitchen table and have it for breakfast the next morning.

that’s a seasoned sheet pan and it’s proven to make baked good brown better and most food release easier.  If your sheet pans look like new, you’re doing something wrong.
