If you also just want to buy store bought mashed potatoes, I’d recommend Bob Evans. Obviously homemade mashed potatoes are the best, but if you’re feeling lazy, theirs are easy to heat up and surprisingly good, all things considered.
I have to whole heartedly disagree with buying mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. they are both super basic to make at home, cost next to nothing, and taste way better than anything you can get premade.

Living in Wisconsin, we have access to both the Frozen grillers as pictured in the boxes above, or fresh brat patties from Johnsonville. The fresh are noticeably better and would be my pick every time if there’s an option.
I have had restaurants present me a paper check, then whip out a device as soon as I offer a credit card. I guess that way the option to pay with cash is a little easier.
