no choice. from what ive seen, not a ton of opportunity in the industry i’m in to stay WFH.  we’ll see what shakes out.  But you are right, it’s going to be a major challenge.

No question. I have a friend in IT, and he said his job is easier with face-to-face collaboration. Not all jobs are created equal.

All great tips. I have worked from home for 9+ years, and while it was a definite adjustment, I am so much more productive than when in an office. Data-driven studies back that up, and yet the company/industry that I work in are retracting their work from home programs.
