Including the money shot in the header gif sort of defeats the point of the click-bait title and especially the “Spoiler”

For what it’s worth, if you are farsighted then you can wear the rift without any glasses, since the lenses are designed so that they are focused at infinity.

I’ve heard that the Consumer version of the Oculus is the most accommodating of people with glasses, and that, since the focal distance is at infinity at least people that are farsighted don’t need glasses to use it.

    Oh sweet summer child

I’m not sure I see that. How are you going to get the parts for the 3D printer in the first place? :P

Crab has the knife wedged in its claw. It is physically incapable of letting go. Not nearly as amusing once you realize that :/

Just wondering, where is this ‘1 billion years’ figure coming from?

How would you quantify a program as being male or female?

I love paper label flakes and metal shavings in my cheese!

“Will Make You Question the Very Nature of Reality”?! Holy clickbait title batman!

This is the kind of tech news we like seeing on gawker. Bravo.

    You forgot “GLORIOUS”

    Article status: “Glorious”

Yes, but is it “glorious footage” of a “glorious drone”? It needs to be glorious enough for Bryan.

Thank you. I wanted to post a similar video:

Kind of a tangent, but how old do you have to get before dying suddenly is no longer “unexpected”? 79 is pretty old.

Nothing ‘better’ here. Someone just imported a penis model and applied default UE4 physics.

Would have been far more interesting to see a closeup of an individual panel and see how it compares to the skin of actual chameleons/cuttlefish/etc.

    “Final Boss”

Hmm, the article mentions that they are made in a furnace at at 2,100°F but also that they use nitrogen gas to do so. I’d also be curious how they would behave at heat with oxygen.
