IIRC in the first film Krakinski had mapped out where the three monsters in their area lived (which I think you also saw as meteors in flashback in the 2nd). So it’s not like they were everywhere.

I think there’s a misconception that people - including Taylor Swift - didn’t laugh because his jokes were offensive. People didn’t laugh because they weren’t funny.

Plus earlier in the episode the baby was the wrong way in her womb and they said it'd straighten out in time for the birth. So there's a parallel there with Asher literally the wrong way inside the house when her labor starts and he struggles to escape the house like the baby struggles to escape her womb and both…

Sigh....I have had dreams about a WWZ series.

I had seen WWZ movie and then had absolutely no interest in reading the book (and was getting a bit burnt out on zombie stuff at that time anyway)— until someone whose opinion I trust told me that the movie is almost entirely unrelated to the book AND that the book was unlike any other zombie book. They weren’t wrong.

It might be good, but hard to fill the shoes belonging to Phillip and Elizabeth Jennings...

Apparently she was cancelled so thoroughly by the events of 2016 that I never even heard about the cancellation, despite constantly seeing news about Swift everywhere all the time whether I wanted to or not.

I personally like the theory that “Mad Max” is character that people tell stories about around the post apocalyptic camp fire. He’s a legend and the movies are just myths about him. That why even the first three don’t really blend well together when you really watch them. 

No normal person cared about Thanos when he was just an end-credits villain, but when he showed up in Infinity War people cared. Kang has already showed up as the baddie in a movie and he was boring.

I’m interested because Hawley and Olyphant. That description of the show makes me wonder why this is even an Alien show though.

I think Olyphant should play some kind of country lawman in a cowboy hat. He could be very brave and heroic, with a wry sense of humor, but also a worrisome temper.
