They must have hired that same team that did the staging for the chase and fight scenes in The Book of Boba Fett.

‘Promising Young Woman’ was such a gut punch that it still sticks with me. Sign me up for ‘Saltburn’ and whatever Fennell does next.

‘A Million Little Things’ has a lot of problems. The first season was all built up around a mystery that didn’t make a ton of sense when it was all said and done, but at least it felt like it had a purpose. Now the show’s schtick is just to tell you something and then reverse the facts in the next episode. The

I’d probably go S6 > S1 > S2 > S3 > S4 > S5.

For me, the pilot and then William’s storyline was probably the show’s strongest stuff but I think the final season was just one great episode after another. Randall’s campaign was probably the weakest plot in the series and while I liked the Vietnam stuff overall, it felt

I’m also glad they didn’t end with ‘The Train’, and even more glad they didn’t waste time this episode on Rebecca’s funeral service/eulogies. I initially thought it was a little weird to have Rebecca sign off at the end of the last episode only to come right back at the beginning of the finale, but it made sense in

Then why isn’t that sober friend doing the driving? There’s always going to be outlier cases and people who will do whatever it takes to best the system. But a breathalyzer in every car would stop 95% of the people who don’t even realize they are not sober enough to drive from driving.

Agreed, and to add to this, I’d bet most people grossly underestimate their blood alcohol level and are driving at over 0.08% all the time. They likely don’t even think they’re impaired when they are (according to the law.) “Two drinks in an hour” is such a flimsy metric.

I think they could have left the car stuff out of Titane entirely and it would have made for a better movie. The writer could have had her get pregnant some other way and still told the same story. I think the beauty of the ending really gets overshadowed by the supernatural aspects.

Co-bad guys?

I skipped the article and just scrolled down here to read the comments. Your comment about the article spoiler actually just spoiled it for me. Who’s the bad guy now?

Genuinely curious, what is RE actually about?

I always like it when I watch it, but then like it less when I actually think about all the plot holes/logical inconsistencies afterwards.

Broken news

Ok but who wants Thor’s hammer from the worst Thor movie? You’d have to buy it and then tell all your friends it was the one from Ragnarok or something, to avoid embarrassment.

That’s a good point. The Kate/Toby divorce makes perfect sense, was well set up, and made for some of This Is Us’ best scenes, but her suddenly dating and then marrying Phillip really just came out of nowhere. Kate and Phillip have not had very many scenes together and have had even fewer (if any) scenes that hinted

Series finales can be so hit or miss, but the way this season has gone so far, I’m really optimistic This Is Us is going to stick the landing.

I remember Delores in business professional attire, self-driving taxis, incredibly incompetent henchmen, and Marshawn Lynch. That’s basically it.

I’m still going to watch it, but after the mess that was Season 3, I’m not sure I even want to.

Counterpoint: Kat Dennings plays the most annoying character in the MCU. Every time she makes a sarcastic joke, she pauses as if there’s supposed to be a laugh track.
